We assign a merchandiser to each client who manages all communications, follows up with factories, and oversees every production milestone. Our merchandisers are highly experienced, detail-oriented professionals who understand both fashion and business. They ensure all buyer requirements are met—whether it’s regarding fabric composition, styling details, accessories, or packaging.

From the moment an order is confirmed, the merchandising team manages the critical path, sets deadlines, and tracks progress across all departments including sourcing, sampling, production, and quality control. This ensures a smooth workflow and allows for proactive solutions if challenges arise.

Our merchandisers also assist in cost negotiations, lab dip approvals, sample tracking, and updating clients with real-time status reports. We use digital tracking tools and Excel-based production calendars to maintain transparency and accountability.

By maintaining close coordination with suppliers, production units, and logistics partners, our merchandising department helps deliver each order on time, on spec, and on budget. We don’t just manage orders—we build partnerships through trust, communication, and commitment.
