We begin by understanding the client’s concept, target audience, season, and product requirements. Our team of experienced designers and product developers then works on mood boards, color palettes, fabric selection, and tech packs. We stay updated with global fashion trends and use tools like WGSN, Pantone, and international fashion shows to inspire our development process.
Once the initial concepts are finalized, we move on to sampling and prototyping. We coordinate with our partner factories to create accurate samples that represent the final product in terms of fit, fabric, trims, and finishing. Our team handles fit sessions, corrections, and re-sampling to ensure the garments are production-ready.
We provide clients with 3D garment simulations, size charts, measurement specs, and cost-effective sourcing alternatives. Whether it’s a small capsule collection or a full seasonal range, we handle everything from concept to pre-production.
