We follow a strict quality management system that begins with raw material inspection and continues through every phase of production—cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. Our in-house quality control team is trained to inspect fabrics for GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, and physical properties before approving them for production.
During production, our quality controllers perform inline and midline inspections to identify and correct issues early. This includes checking stitching quality, seam strength, garment measurements, print alignment, and overall appearance. Before shipment, we carry out a final inspection based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
We also offer third-party inspection services when required and provide detailed quality reports and photos for client approval before dispatch. Every defect is logged, analyzed, and reported to ensure continuous improvement.
